The non-profit Organization, Japan Publicity Rights Protection Organization (JAPRPO) recognizes our customers' personal information as a valuable asset. Regarding storage and use of that information, we strive to protect personal information according to the policies listed below:

1.JAPRPO classifies all information that could identify our guests as "Personal Information." This includes email address, name, address, phone number, etc. anything that we obtain via Contact/Inquiry Form.

2.When we receive information from our guests, we ask the guests' for acknowledgement before they fill in pertinent information.
If the form is not filled in or wrong information is entered, we will not be able to respond promptly and accurately.

3.In accordance to regulation laws and ordinances, and this policy, those in charge of management and usage at JAPRPO pay close attention to keeping personal information private. Privacy is kept by preventing improper access, disclosure, loss of information, falsification, etc.

4.JAPRPO will use personal information for the following:

	1)	Responding or confirming information via email and/or telephone
	2)	Statistical purposes, using only pertinent information and keeping all other information private.

5.JAPRPO will not provide personal information to a third party without proper consent except in the case when our tasks involving said information are entrusted to a third party.
"Without Proper Consent" situations are when JAPRPO is requested to disclose information related to police investigations, etc.

6.JAPRPO will respond within a reasonable amount of time when requested by a guest to disclose, confirm, revise, delete, etc. their own information.

7.JAPRPO practices this policy regarding the protection of our guests' personal information. JAPRPO also observes laws and ordinances, and other standards related to treatment of personal information. We continually review and improve this policy.
